The Art and Science of self-defense. The martial arts of gung fu, silat, tai chi, karate and boxing are taught along with yoga breath and meditation. The lineage dates back over 6,000 years. These arts are designed to treat the body as a whole; for the physical, mental, and spiritual self. Anyone with the will to learn can benefit from their practice.
 
Our interest is to provide a means of educating the public in the ancient way and disciplines of self.
