Traditional Kung Fu Exercise:

   Learn the basics, fundamentals and movement in this system. Blocks, strikes, kicks, short forms, self-defence techniques, and block, strike, kick combination drills.

Roc T'ai Chi Exercise:

   Long forms with t'ai chi movement and application. Internal and external self development exercise.

Children and Youth Program:
   Karate "kung fu" program developed in 1990 and currently being offered in Arizona.
